Your Initial Consultation will involve a comprehensive deep-dive into your current health concerns, medical history, genetics, dietary and lifestyle factors and any recent pathology results. Melanie will ask many questions about a number of body systems, in order to connect the dots and gain a well-rounded understanding of your health as a whole.
Following your appointment, Melanie will develop an individualised treatment plan and prescription to address your health concerns, and support you in achieving your health goals. These will be emailed to you within 3 business days. This timeframe allows every treatment plan to be carefully constructed, personalised and backed by the latest science. This time and effort which goes into your tailor-made treatment plan and prescription, ensures the most time and cost effective outcomes.

Follow-Up Naturopathic Consultation
Description
Your Follow-Up Consultation ensures your treatment plan is effectively in motion and supporting you to achieve your health goals. Melanie will review your treatment progress, changes in symptoms, and analyse the results of any pathology or functional testing prescribed in your Initial Consultation.
Following your appointment, Melanie will adjust your treatment plan and prescription to ensure continued progress towards your heath goals and address any test results.
Dependant on your health state and goals, follow-up appointments may be necessary every 4-6 weeks, until resolution is achieved. This treatment period will generally be briefer for acute (sudden) presentations, and longer for chronic (long-standing, complex) presentations.

Acute Consultation
Description
Acute Consultations are mini consultations offered for existing clients who have already undertaken an Initial Consult.
Suitable for short-term complains, such as sudden onset:
- Colds & flus
- Hayfever & sinus infections
- Coughs & sore throats
- Ear infections
- Gatro or stomach bugs
- Cold Sores
- Proactive immune support during the flu season

Duration: 20 minutes

Gut Microbiome Test + Results Package
Description
This package includes both a comprehensive gut microbiome test, and a 90 min results appointment
Following your appointment, Melanie will develop an individualised treatment plan to address the findings of your microbiome test, in order to optimise your gut health.
How it works

+ A GI MAP microbiome test kit will then be posted to you from the pathology lab.
+ Collect your stool sample in the comfort of your own home & post back to the lab.
+ Once the lab has your sample, Melanie will then receive your results in approximately 2 weeks.
+ As soon as Melanie receives your results, you’ll be contacted to schedule a time for your results appointment - you can choose to have this in-person or via Zoom.

Your Initial Consult is the start of your health partnership with Melanie, who will take on the role of your own personal health detective. She will explore your situation from a holistic perspective; considering the causative, contributing & aggravating factors of your health challenges. This will allow her to connect the dots and get to the root cause. Where necessary, this will include utilising pathology or functional testing to support this process.

In your Follow-Up Consultation, Melanie will review your progress and analyse any test results. She will act as your biggest cheerleader and continue to support you along your health journey (with a touch real talk where needed). Your treatment plan and prescription will be tweaked to reflect your progress & any test results.

Melanie will continue to be by your side, as you navigate your health journey. Supporting you to address the physical, mental, emotional and environmental factors contributing to your health challenges. She will continue to adapt your treatment plan and prescription along the way, as your symptoms evolve and resolve. She may also update your pathology tests where relevant, to track your progress. With the ultimate end goal of helping you find your way back to the real, vibrant, YOU.
